Dosage
- Take 1 - 2 capsules daily, preferably before bedtime.
- Take zinc regularly every day, preferably with food. We do not recommend taking it on an empty stomach, as taking zinc on an empty stomach can lead to nausea. When taking zinc and other supplements at the same time, be careful not to exceed the total daily zinc intake, which should not exceed 25 mg per day.
